This clear vinyl (plastic) habitat was designed for rearing applications where maintaining warmth and/or humidity is vital. This plastic habitat is especially helpful when raising butterflies on cut plants that tend to dry out quickly and they also make great homes for a variety of invertebrates like mantids and walking sticks! There is paratasoid-resistant netting on the top for ventilation, which can be turned upside down for highest humidity scenarios. All our pop-up habitats can be washed/sanitized by hand and fold flat for convenient storage.
