Privacy Policy

We ask for individual customer information as needed to process and ship orders. As a result, we may require the following:

• Shipping Address

• Credit Card Information

All private data provided to us is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before it is transmitted.

Payment Policy

We accept many forms of payment including:

• Credit Cards
• Paypal
• Personal/Business Checks
• Direct Bank Transfers

Online payments are not captured until orders are complete and ready to ship.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment.  We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of products ordered, the size of the shipping box and shipping destination. We do not profit from the cost of shipping and pass along our negotiated commercial rates directly to our customers.

International Shipping Rates
International shipping charges are calculated during check-out using the commercial USPS Priority International rate. However, we also have negotiated rates with FedEx, UPS, and DHL which may be less expensive or provide faster delivery. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us with your delivery requirements so we may provide you with alternative carrier rates.

Free Shipping
Our Free Shipping promotion applies only to standard ground shipping services within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will be emailed a tracking # and your order will be updated online. Also, you can log-in to your account to review your order status at any time.

Backorders
We process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Any items that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for additional shipments of backordered items.
